This will be my seventh year participating in the American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer; holy cow I'm getting old! There is no pressure to donate (half of the point is awareness), but if you are interested in donating please use the link below.

Yup, that's right, a dirt road. My commute is 3.9 miles (8 minutes), so I can't complain, but it is definitely different. We're finally starting to feel settled here and when I say "let's go home" our house is now popping into my mind. My co-workers have been teasing me that we need to buy a few things now that we live in NH:

Yup, that's right, we just put in an offer for a house and it was accepted! Holy cow. I'm panicking and bouncing off the wall with excitement at the same time. It's a 4 bedroom, 2 bath contemporary on 5.75 acres of land in Merrimack, NH. It's about 10 minutes to work for me and about 20 for Neil. It also has outstanding perennial gardens. I don't believe in omens, but after 21 months of looking, there were 4 wild turkeys in the front yard when we drove up AND we went to see it on Neil's birthday. It might not be an omen, but it is a pretty cool story.
