This will be my seventh year participating in the American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer; holy cow I'm getting old! There is no pressure to donate (half of the point is awareness), but if you are interested in donating please use the link below.

You know you live in NH when your commute includes a dirt road...

I've got a lot to say...

I haven't blogged in way too long, so I've got a lot of updates. My life has been a bit of a whirlwind this year, and I suspect that won't be ending anytime too soon, so I'll keep this as short as possible.

Panic/excitement sets in...

Yup, that's right, we just put in an offer for a house and it was accepted! Holy cow. I'm panicking and bouncing off the wall with excitement at the same time. It's a 4 bedroom, 2 bath contemporary on 5.75 acres of land in Merrimack, NH. It's about 10 minutes to work for me and about 20 for Neil. It also has outstanding perennial gardens. I don't believe in omens, but after 21 months of looking, there were 4 wild turkeys in the front yard when we drove up AND we went to see it on Neil's birthday. It might not be an omen, but it is a pretty cool story.
