Yup, that's right, we just put in an offer for a house and it was accepted! Holy cow. I'm panicking and bouncing off the wall with excitement at the same time. It's a 4 bedroom, 2 bath contemporary on 5.75 acres of land in Merrimack, NH. It's about 10 minutes to work for me and about 20 for Neil. It also has outstanding perennial gardens. I don't believe in omens, but after 21 months of looking, there were 4 wild turkeys in the front yard when we drove up AND we went to see it on Neil's birthday. It might not be an omen, but it is a pretty cool story. :-) Pending home inspection and appraisal and everything, we move in August. Lucky for me that will be in the middle of crazy time at work. Great time to be moving and finding a renter. :-)

Just wanted to say I did get your invite, sorry I missed your open house! The house sounds great, I would love to come and see it some time. I am missing Hannah and Evie since they moved, but still pretty busy. Talk to you soon!
