I just got back from 6 days in SLC! I had the opportunity and privilege to attend the IEEE Annual Meeting out there and it was terrific! The theme of the conference was the Alternative Energy Debate and to that end, I attended a couple of talks on that along with my volunteer training and professional development seminars. It was a good conference and I feel motivated and ready to go! Since I was out there I also tacked on a few days to spend with my aunt, uncle, and three cousins I don't see often enough. We went to a ski resort next to their house, visited an aviary and the zoo, and overall just hung out. It was good. Pictures from the trip are posted here.
